Roland A. Johnson
Roland received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in 1971 and
his law degree from the University of Oregon in 1974, at which time he
became a member of the Oregon State Bar and went into private practice. He
joined the firm in 1984. Roland has been an author and speaker for the
Oregon State Bar, as well as many other groups, and has served on various
Oregon State Bar committees. He has been president of the Phoenix School of
Oregon (1995), and the Roseburg Kiwanis Club (1988). Roland advises clients
on a variety of legal matters including: estate planning, trusts, probate,
business and corporate law, property and contract law, real estate
transactions, civil litigation, construction law and family law.

Dan G. McKinney
Dan received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University in 1978,
and his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law
(where he graduated "With Distinction" and was made a member of the Order of
the Coif) in 1981. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1981 and
the Oregon State Bar in 1996. He was president of the Riverside County
(California) Bar Association. He was a lecturer on real estate law at
University of California and presented programs on real estate law for the
California State Bar and the American Bar Association. Dan is rated “AV,”
the highest rating issued by the Martindale-Hubble attorney directory, and
is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy (ABOTA). Dan is a

Jessica Wingler
Jessica was born and raised in Douglas County, and graduated high school from
Sutherlin High School in 1995. She received her undergraduate degree from
Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 1999, and her law degree from Lewis
and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2002. She was admitted to the
Oregon State Bar in 2005. She has been with DC Law since June, 2007. She is a
board member of the Douglas County Bar Association, as well as a member of the
Oregon Trial Lawyer’s Association, and the Family Law Section of the Oregon
State Bar. She is also a Certified Hospice Volunteer for Mercy Home Health and

Ronald L. Sperry III
Although he was not born in Oregon, Ron has lived in
Roseburg since he was four years old and has a profound love of the great
Northwest. He graduated from Roseburg High School in 1997 and served a two year
religious mission from 1998 to 2000. Ron earned a Bachelor’s Degree in
Political Science at the University of Oregon in 2005 and his law degree from
Willamette University in 2008. Since being admitted to the Oregon Bar in 2009,
he has practiced law at Johnson and McKinney PC in Roseburg. He enjoys spending
time with his wife DeLynne and their three children, as well as hiking, fishing
and hunting.
